Title:\u00a0Plant Generator Operator<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Victoria Island, Lekki, Lagos Island, Ajah, Ikoyi and environment<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Supervisor<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The generator operator\/engineer will need to provide full mechanical service to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure proper maintenance of the plant and the engine house<\/li>\n<li>Maintain constant electricity by ensuring timing change-over when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Repair and service of plant when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Proper keeping of records, materials or plants part<\/li>\n<li>Ensure purchases, and fueling of plant<\/li>\n<li>Ensure plant is in good shape and ready to use at all times<\/li>\n<li>Provide invoices, receipt and records of expenses incurred<\/li>\n<li>Ensure HSE policies are followed<\/li>\n<li>Report issues to supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the safety of the plant and Health related issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum qualification of SSCE<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 related work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Not more than 35 years of age.<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a generator operator\/engineer<\/li>\n<li>Candidates should reside around Lekki Axis and have verifiable Trade certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with HSE policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nAttractive Basic pay with HMO and Pension.<\/p>\n<p>Interested and Title:\u00a0I.T Web Developer &amp; Graphics Designer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Information Technology<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The I.T Web Developer &amp; Graphics Designer will assist with graphic designs and marketing concepts for the firm, including researching effectiveness of designs and layouts, contacting vendors, and preparing materials for print or website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with designs and graphics, such as combinations of photographs, charts, data and text, for marketing materials and web content.<\/li>\n<li>Interpret and transform concepts and ideas, sometimes developed by others, into descriptive visual materials in varying formats.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the management team in outlining opportunities and ensuring a pro-active and innovative approach to the online marketing of the Firm<\/li>\n<li>Delivery and development of all digital marketing communication of the Firm.<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for maintaining, expanding and scaling the Firm\u2019s website.<\/li>\n<li>Develop graphics and visual images for product illustrations, logo\u2019s and websites.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure strategic approach, innovation and best practices in the use of technology and IT at the Firm.<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques and technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND or BSc in Computer Science or other related field.<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 related work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Dreamweaver and other web design programs<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write in a variety of computer languages, such as HTML or Java,<\/li>\n<li>CSS, HTML, PHP and Java coding skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic database administration skills for MySQL, Access and SQL<\/li>\n<li>Expert-level understanding of Flash and ActionScript for programming<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with SEO principles<\/li>\n<li>Excellent multimedia content development
