Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential.<\/li>\n<li>You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.<\/li>\n<li>A multi-channel organisation with a strong customer support division, thriving Information management solutions, has experienced continuous growth since its inception.<\/li>\n<li>We attribute our sustained growth-even during a global recession-to the daily contributions of the remarkable individuals who make up our team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities &amp; Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Strong Organisational &amp; Administrative skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our clients and internal departments<\/li>\n<li>Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Minimum of HND\/Bsc in related field<\/li>\n<li>Age Limit: 22 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desired Skills and Knowledge:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong Microsoft office skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail.
