Our recruitment brands specialise in Financial Services, Telecoms, ICT, Oil &amp; Gas and Power. Our training is known in the market place for being the very best in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill in the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Executive\/Account Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the sales team to achieve desired results<\/li>\n<li>Continuous learning about the industry sector in question<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and delivering customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;<\/li>\n<li>Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible<\/li>\n<li>Attending industry events<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of constantly changing software, hardware systems and peripherals;<\/li>\n<li>Focusing on developing and growing targeted new accounts, together with generating new business.<\/li>\n<li>Focus on targeted existing accounts to upsell and generating new business.<\/li>\n<li>Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.<\/li>\n<li>Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the sales manager.<\/li>\n<li>Progressing towards activity targets and KPI\u2019s set by the sales manager.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging business meetings and following up leads<\/li>\n<li>Understanding customers\u2019 specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs<\/li>\n<li>Learning about how products and services work<\/li>\n<li>Run with the agreed sales target to meet and exceed set targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualifications required: minimum B.Sc\/BSA<\/li>\n<li>Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition<\/li>\n<li>Capability to grow in a competitive environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Tech or IT sales is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Experience Required: minimum 3 Years<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Selling skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent account management<\/li>\n<li>The ability to handle customers efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Possess excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation Skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:invest@oscartemple.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>invest@oscartemple.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>10th September, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oscar Temple \u2013 We are a fast-growing recruitment organisations with several specialist divisions that share a common goal of exceptional service and results.
