At Ericsson, we apply our innovation to market-based solutions that empower people &amp; society to help shape a more sustainable world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a02G\/3G Tuning Lead<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos, Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Categories:<\/strong> Information Technology<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking out for Tuning Lead to lead Tuning and Optimization team and provide technical support and liaison with RAN related problem. This role should have experience in RF Design, Initial Tuning &amp; Optimization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive changes in the methods, processes, and guidelines within the customer organization or internally<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical support in customer discussion, presentation, and workshop<\/li>\n<li>2G, 3G and LTE parameter consistency checks, tuning and optimization to improve throughput, Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handling customer complaints and provide solution with proper explanation report.<\/li>\n<li>Whole Network parameter audit and to provide recommendation to sort-out inconsistencies<\/li>\n<li>Necessary feature implementation and recommend parameters settings to better data services<\/li>\n<li>Participation in development of service portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Engagement with CxO level at customer end to present project updates, strategic direction, risks, and recommendations for Network improvement programs<\/li>\n<li>Act as a leader and mentor in day to day operations to provide insights for less experienced colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Engagement with sales and accounts teams to Drive add-on sales and new business opportunities during the entire process to contribute to increased sales volumes<\/li>\n<li>Engagement with Managed Services teams to plan and coordinate common activities and develop synergies leading towards common goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Command Handling, Traffic Observation, and Alarms Management (WINFIOL, CME, MOSHELL, M2000)<\/li>\n<li>Network Planning and Performance analysis (MAPINFO, MCOM, NEXPLORER)<\/li>\n<li>Good Knowledge on the NOKIA\/HUAWEI RAN Portfolio<\/li>\n<li>A minimum of 7 years work experience in RF Design, Initial Tuning &amp; Optimization<\/li>\n<li>5 years proven expertise on Tuning for in mature Network<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with data collection tools, e.g. TEMs Investigation 13.0<\/li>\n<li>Statistical and Performance Analysis (Business Object, ENIQ, M2000, NETACT, FACTS, ITK)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills \/ Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>End-user \/ customer problem investigation and give quick remedies and solutions<\/li>\n<li>RF Related Small Tools and Macros (Exert, Google Earth, PIANO, MAPSOURCE etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Leadership and communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to interact with customer and identify area of improvement<\/li>\n<li>Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Personal Attributes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Self-motivated.
