Any relevant Postgraduate Degree will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Working Experience: 3 years of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various power related projects.<\/li>\n<li>Required Certification(s): Any relevant professional certification, with preference for PMP and Prince 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competence and Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High level of initiative and independence.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in project management techniques and theory. Ability to develop project management frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Customer centric with a results orientation<\/li>\n<li>Resources Management; Mentorship and People Management.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to Plan and forecast to anticipate client needs and minimize service disruptions<\/li>\n<li>Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end<\/li>\n<li>Must be highly analytical and possess problem solving skills with the ability to apply original and innovative thinking.<\/li>\n<li>A high level of responsiveness<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of commercial contracts and service level agreements<\/li>\n<li>Budgeting and cost tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Change Management skills<\/li>\n<li>Good Team Builder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>90,000 \u2013 110,000 Naira\/month.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Project Support Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> 3 months Contract<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We seek to recruit for immediate employment, a Project Support Officer on a 3 months contract with the company.<\/li>\n<li>The Ideal candidate will provide project administrative planning and implementation assistance to the Project Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of customer and in house reports as delegated by the Project Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Field visits to monitor work done and when necessary in consultation with Project Manager;<\/li>\n<li>Provide administrative support to the Project Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively manage data on field installations and produce reports on field work.<\/li>\n<li>Manage inventory of materials collected from customer\/company store and query any discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for project material management and reconciliation, liaising with the Inventory Officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Education: B.Sc. in Project Management or Electrical Engineering. .<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Working Experience: 1 year of increasingly responsible experience, including experience successfully managing various power related projects.<\/li>\n<li>Required Certification(s):<\/li>\n<li>Any relevant professional certification, with preference for PMP and Prince 2.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Competencies and skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creative and Innovative Skills<\/li>\n<li>A good team player<\/li>\n<li>Good Interpersonal Relationship<\/li>\n<li>Safety consciousness.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Good Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Critical thinking and problem solving Skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent decision-making and Leadership Skills<\/li>\n<li>Conflict resolution Skills<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and Flexibility<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to provide high level technical support.
