The office is responsible for program strategy, design, the management of the daily operations, and the monitoring &amp; evaluation of the program frameworks, vendor and policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaising with leadership \/Sr. management team to increase awareness of GEEP program activities as inputs into strategy and advisory decisions<\/li>\n<li>Establish and operate programme partners management framework<\/li>\n<li>Establish and operate agent and aggregator selection criteria framework<\/li>\n<li>Design, define and manage performance reporting metrics including impact evaluation<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to 3rd party managers on ensuring adequate project control<\/li>\n<li>Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities that drives program offering expansion and enhancing the quality of existing programs<\/li>\n<li>Manage the programme\u2019s budget, monitoring expenditure and costs against deliverables and activities as the programme progresses<\/li>\n<li>Vendor delivery management Support<\/li>\n<li>Onboard key program partners<\/li>\n<li>Develop and updates project knowledge base<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring relevant standards, process and regulations are upheld<\/li>\n<li>Support day-to-day program management operations<\/li>\n<li>Formulating, organizing, monitoring inter-connected projects and cross-project activities coordination (understanding how different projects interlink and overlap)<\/li>\n<li>Implement operational objectives; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing strategy for the program team, including developing a robust risk mitigation plan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in related field<\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience as a Business Analysis and\/or System Analyst<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project)<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and \/ or inaccurate data<\/li>\n<li>Micro-Credit Loan experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience influencing and presenting to leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship builder<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and articulate complex technology requirements and milestones<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of project\/program management techniques and methods<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding of project\/program management techniques and methods<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 to 3+ years specifically managing complex technology projects using Agile methods\/frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, XP.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Additional Information<\/strong><br \/>\nWorking conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexibility is important.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Equal opportunity:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role is open to anyone who meets the above criteria regardless of race or nationality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nCompetitive based on experience<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/VentureGardenGroup1\/743999676249053-project-management-office-associate\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Venture Garden Nigeria (VGN) is a fast growing Software company with a vision to build an enduring organization with an ecosystem of value creators- while delivering high impact technology solutions&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10164,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
