We are dedicated to raising champions and taking territories by helping people to fulfil their destinies and motivating them to become people of destiny.<\/p>\n<p>KICC Nigeria is seeking to employ an experienced and creative candidate for the below position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Audio and Sound Engineer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for proper handling of audio equipment, set-up, tuning and break-down.<\/li>\n<li>Possess \u2018aural skills\u2019 and a sense of timing.<\/li>\n<li>Attendance to regular Church services.<\/li>\n<li>Establishment of a sound check process for all services at least 1 hour before services.<\/li>\n<li>Attendance at and provision of support during all audio related rehearsals.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the audio set-up, tuning and break-down for studio recording.<\/li>\n<li>Development of a documented training plan for selected Audio Media department stewards to be implemented within 6 months.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have sound engineering skills and knowledge of the relevant tools and technology.<\/li>\n<li>Possess \u2018aural skills\u2019 and a sense of timing.<\/li>\n<li>Have a sense of fun and be able to think laterally \u2013 creating sounds, especially for fantasy games, requires creativity and imagination.<\/li>\n<li>Have excellent communication skills to be able to understand what speakers, musicians and singers want from you and to keep up with any changes.<\/li>\n<li>Be able to communicate effectively with the video and media teams.<\/li>\n<li>Have good organizational skills to deal with the amount of sound effects and music required for services, programs, events, meetings and to co-ordinate recording sessions.<\/li>\n<li>Pay close attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Have a feel for the atmosphere of services, programs, events and meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Social Media PRO<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties<\/strong><br \/>\nManage social media marketing campaigns and day- to-day activities including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop relevant content topics to reach the Church\u2019s target audience.<\/li>\n<li>Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written).<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, listen and respond to users in a \u2018Social\u2019 way while cultivating media online presence.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross- promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and expand community and\/or influencer outreach efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee design (i.e: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc. ).<\/li>\n<li>Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Become an advocate for the Church in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to map Out a comprehensive marketing plan for the Church. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.<\/li>\n<li>And other essential Social Media duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles as examples).<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in content marketing theory and application.<\/li>\n<li>Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains excellent writing and language skills.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys a working knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to the company\u2019s field.<\/li>\n<li>Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and video format.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEQ including keyword research and Google Analytics.
