We have our Head Office located in Ibadan and offices across Nigeria as well as in the West and Central African countries.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Ibadan, Oyo<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Marketing Manager\u2019s role is designed to deliver the above top objectives with a strategic emphasis fashioned to deliver an enhance relationships with refreshed approach and management models.<\/li>\n<li>The role will assume a strong leadership role with multi-functional teams including direct reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide information about the products (4Ps).<\/li>\n<li>Gather and analyse market information.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market research.<\/li>\n<li>Develop product plan and marketing strategy<\/li>\n<li>Defines and creates added value for the organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate project development.<\/li>\n<li>Good at portfolio management<\/li>\n<li>Extension and content building.<\/li>\n<li>Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Innovation in service and products<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand messages are consistent.<\/li>\n<li>Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.<\/li>\n<li>Engage consumers on social media.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the sales and technical team to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers and other services to help marketing projects come to fruition.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Our Ideal Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be a team player.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a vision creator.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to multi task<\/li>\n<li>Must have experience creating marketing plans from scratch.<\/li>\n<li>Must have extensive experience of experiential strategy development and implementation working with 3rd party agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Must be proven in a multi-channel marketing campaign role.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive customer and field experience.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business level audiences in a compelling manner.<\/li>\n<li>FMCG marketing background or from the technical industry.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of agriculture will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Should be open-minded.<\/li>\n<li>Should have high analytical skills.<\/li>\n<li>Should have the ability to project into the future.<\/li>\n<li>Passionate and Result oriented.<\/li>\n<li>Very articulate.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the data, and how to present it.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible and adaptable.<\/li>\n<li>Must be a trend-setter: must keep up to date and have the desire to know more.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Second-Class Upper in University degree in any one of the social sciences and other related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years work experience<\/li>\n<li>Required Age: 29 \u2013 36 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/saroafrica.com.ng\/career\/submit-applications\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>14th September, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saro Agro Sciences Limited is the leader in the Nigerian Crop Protection Industry.
