In partnership with UNICEF through the European Union funds remain committed in ensuring improved and qualitative primary health care delivery across the state.<\/p>\n<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Female Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job no.:<\/strong> 092018<br \/>\n<strong>Locations:<\/strong>\u00a0(Argungu, Birnin Kebbi, Jega, Fakai LGAs) \u2013 Kebbi<br \/>\n<strong>Work type:<\/strong> Contract<br \/>\n<strong>Slot:<\/strong> 4<\/p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing nursing care, treatment and follow-up of patients, according to standard operating procedure (SOPs), protocols applied in service and universal hygiene standards\/precautions, in order to ensure the quality and continuity of primary health care for the targeted population.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing, promoting, implementing and following up the universal hygiene standards\/ precautions, bio-hazard prevention and infection control, security rules and other protocols and procedures in the health facilities and ensuring high standards of hygiene of his\/her working environment.
