We are passionate about brewing and have a long tradition of craftsmanship, making superb beer from high quality natural ingredients.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Energy &amp; Fluids Specialist<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> SAB-453<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Ilesa, Osun<br \/>\n<strong>Work Level:<\/strong> Senior<br \/>\n<strong>Type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity exist in International Breweries Plc., Ilesha for the position of Energy &amp; Fluids Specialist reporting to the Energy &amp; Fluids Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nAmongst other duties, the Energy &amp; Fluids Specialist will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and Manage overall plant processes<\/li>\n<li>Regular reporting of the plant KPI with improvement strategies<\/li>\n<li>Cascade trainings and development modules to the team<\/li>\n<li>Organize frequent plant audit to ensure regular housekeeping and safety implementation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate effective problem solving and troubleshooting sessions<\/li>\n<li>Implement Service Level Agreement (SLA) among sister departments and suppliers to ensure strict adherence to requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Implementation of plant HSE policies<\/li>\n<li>Reduce total utilities downtime through plant shared learning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of B.Eng\/B.Sc in Electrical\/ Mechanical Engineering<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-5 years\u2019 experience in a Utilities Department or Production Departments with similar facilities<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literate<\/li>\n<li>Membership of a professional body will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies and Attributes<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Influencing ability with regards to employee relations<\/li>\n<li>Acts with integrity.<\/li>\n<li>Systemic and Analytical problem-solver<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of modern maintenance practices and operation of systems<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of the utilities production processes and technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nMarket Related.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/sabmiller.mcidirecthire.com\/External\/Job?ref=A2fd8x6g7k1Kd5Y7HGwy95qWWA1sQ6CShfasI4elR9AM8tFfdICPzjYf2tpZCOa6Naux%2BRXS59GcLzvu2GxqoLp4EyALeGX72MYwRJyef3oCHmPtyscIylIltelUDmyT14YbRIVoBfTAEdHohYLS%2BGjP0cF3m3VqaEIKNFptAZM%3D#.W5T0dpZE-KI.twitter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SABMiller is in the beer and soft drinks business, bringing refreshment and sociability to millions of people all over the world who enjoy our drinks.
