We work with different organizations to conceptualize, build and deploy bespoke solutions aimed at improving overall performance and align workforce to long-term corporate objectives ensuring sustained growth and profitability in the process.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<br \/>\nJob Type: Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and drive partner development plan for targeted partners and customers and ensure it is in line with the company\u2019s overall financial plan.<\/li>\n<li>Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of identified goals<\/li>\n<li>Work with the financial services segment leader to execute the strategic business plan while working with key stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Work with new and existing partners to define and execute joint, sales &amp; marketing programs and solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the technical requirements of our solution providers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Any other company tasks as assigned by the CEO<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management consultant (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent working knowledge of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people.<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Passionate, enthusiastic, team player, with good judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Customer Success Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set-up &amp; Manage key business operations (Customer Support, Transactions &amp; Reconciliation) for assigned Riby-projects.<\/li>\n<li>Work with new and existing Riby partners to execute joint programs.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver and execute on the financial services strategy on agricultural based projects.<\/li>\n<li>Engage assigned partners, channels and clients to create and drive revenue opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure daily settlement of contributions to cooperatives<\/li>\n<li>Track and Ensure Payment Processing related issues are resolved for clients<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and give business reports and recommendations to the management team.<\/li>\n<li>Drive customer growth and financial success for partners\/clients under your purview.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum Education of B.Sc in any related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience with FinTech or other related startups would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Computer Literate; proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail &amp; accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Strong written communication and interpersonal skill.<\/li>\n<li>Work Experience: 1-3 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<br \/>\n<\/strong>Interested and qualified candidates should: send cv to<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:dewplatformplus@gmail.com\">dewplatformplus@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dew Platform Plus is a firm of consultants creating innovative HR &amp; Enterprise Solutions.
