To meet the growing demand for our KOKO Brand, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Content<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is an opportunity to manage the web content activities of our media company<\/li>\n<li>You will be the heart of everything content related, creating the content roadmap and taking responsibility for its delivery.<\/li>\n<li>This is a position to oversee everything content related and help double the size of the content team over the next couple of years<\/li>\n<li>As such we need someone with experience of managing and growing a content team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce and edit online content to boost engagement<\/li>\n<li>Onboard new content team members and provide regular training to the broader team<\/li>\n<li>Direct management of a content team<\/li>\n<li>Provide direction, leadership and day to day support to a team of creative writers<\/li>\n<li>Developing and growing the content team, looking to double the size of the team in the next 18 months<\/li>\n<li>Ensure content is always of the highest quality<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc Degree in any discipline \u2013 MBA is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of managing a content team \u2013 Strong Team Manager<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of how to produce and edit written online content<\/li>\n<li>Ability to grow and develop members of your team<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of how websites work, of SEO and how to boost engagement through content<\/li>\n<li>Delivered content in an online business environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Cover Letters and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:Careers@kokointernet.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Careers@kokointernet.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>28th September, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KOKO Media Group \u2013 We are a digital fashion, style and entertainment platform.
