You will be in charge of attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to close into customers, the latter of which sales leadership will help you accomplish.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">\u00a0you will be a part of \u00a0the team responsible for telling the world (and company) the story of our product. You will be expected to be our advocate for a specific feature set and its benefits. Additionally, you will be charged with crafting the strategy around the messaging and marketing for new launches.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">You will be charged with monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives as they relate to the overall company\u2019s goals. work closely with sales teams, and sometimes also have a sales operations counterpart. Together, to manage the relationship between marketing and sales to ensure that both sides are optimized to deliver (marketing\u2019s role) and work (sales\u2019 role) the highest quality leads, something we have grown fond of calling \u201csmarketing.\u201d make projections about the quality of the sales and marketing pipeline and spot efficiencies that will make the company work better as a whole.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Build and manage a rich content\/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor\u2019s share, and competitor\u2019s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Protects organization\u2019s value by keeping information confidential.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders about our product features and their benefits.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Create product content (e.g. sales enablement documentation, case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, Quora\/forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Assist members of our sales team on calls with prospects when appropriate to provide deeper dives into the product.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"auto\">BA\/BSc degree or equivalent work experience.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Some past experience in marketing preferred.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills \u2014 there is a heavy amount of writing and presenting\/selling ideas in this role.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Proficiency in content management systems. You will be expected to build product pages, optimize the conversion paths on those pages, and use dynamic calls-to-action to create and test buyer stage-specific calls-to-action.<\/li>\n<li dir=\"auto\">Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring the product to life.
