Bedmate Showroomsdisplay Furniture ranging from Home furniture, dining set, office furniture, etc.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Project Architect<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a solid foundational knowledge of the craft.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for the overall development and implementation of specific architectural project.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate team effort and oversee timely and profitable completion of a project.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate the work team, draws designs, and propose budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare project documents and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex construction documents into accessible and actionable specification sheets to provide vital information regarding the project.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare material specification documents for certain project elements and develop and maintain a project manual.<\/li>\n<li>Manage both time schedules and project budgets to ensure that projects are completed on time and within set budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized and able to determine which contractors are needed and set project milestones and deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for identifying material needs and costs and develop cost-reduction strategies to ensure profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Lead production of schematic design, design development and construction documents<\/li>\n<li>Review documents for quality control evaluations<\/li>\n<li>Supervise project team<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and maintain project schedule<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with consultants, meets with suppliers and vendors<\/li>\n<li>Oversee construction phases of projects<\/li>\n<li>Actively seek new design and construction methods<\/li>\n<li>Ensure close-out documentation and project archives are completed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s of Science (B.Sc) degree program in Architecture<\/li>\n<li>A Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification in project Management is needed<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 4\/5 years cognate experience<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in standard industry software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Marketing of products which are consistent with the achievement of Brand objectives, sales goals and profit growth opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Develop and oversee marketing campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Expand clientele base through intense marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define audiences<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with District manager to conceptualize and develop new product lines base on market research<\/li>\n<li>Report to District Manager on all marketing activities including progress on achievement of set targets.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee promotional activities and follow up on new leads<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of first Degree\/ HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline is required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2\/3 years cognate experience in marketing in a similar industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Web Designer\/Administrator<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the redesign, editing and uploading of graphics and contents on the website<\/li>\n<li>Develop the layout and the overall look of the website.<\/li>\n<li>Create graphic and media essentials using Photoshop, Flash and other media applications.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for programming in HTML and CSS.<\/li>\n<li>Write and edit content for the website<\/li>\n<li>He\/she would be responsible for how the website looks.
