Its core operation is in the distribution of NAFDAC certified highly consumable British manufactured cookies and beverage to wholesale markets and supermarkets in Nigeria.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Van Sales Representative<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>(Ikoyi-Ajah Territory) Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Ref:<\/strong> VSR<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Ideal candidate is expected to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Berrymart products are available, visible and accessible in all retail outlets in assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and develop retail customers in assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively cover assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure sales targets are met.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Functional Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draw up weekly route plans<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 25 store calls per day with 70% productive calls.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper display\/merchandising of the products in retail stores.<\/li>\n<li>Sales strictly on Cash basis<\/li>\n<li>Collect Data and reconciliation<\/li>\n<li>Ensure value chain compliance and implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years in Sales\/ Marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Lagos Island resident<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with Lagos Island road network<\/li>\n<li>Possess a valid driver\u2019s licence<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive manual bus<\/li>\n<li>Good communicator<\/li>\n<li>Able to work with less supervision<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Required Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic product knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Basic sales skills<\/li>\n<li>Basic accounting skills<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Merchandising skills<\/li>\n<li>Market development skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Modern Trade Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Ref:\u00a0<\/strong>MTE<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Modern Trade Executive will be focused on developing and maintaining a portfolio of Berrymart products in designated modern trade.<\/li>\n<li>Also the individual must be proficient in developing long term and sustainable partnerships with select customers and prospects.
