{"id":63923,"date":"2018-09-14T15:54:16","date_gmt":"2018-09-14T14:54:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=63923"},"modified":"2018-09-14T15:54:16","modified_gmt":"2018-09-14T14:54:16","slug":"mentor-imc-group-new-ongoing-recruitment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/mentor-imc-group-new-ongoing-recruitment.html","title":{"rendered":"Mentor IMC Group New Ongoing Recruitment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mentor IMC Group \u2013 Our client, a leading company in Nigeria, invites application from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Operation and Maintenance Business Unit Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership to position the business unit to meet financial and operational objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Managing director in developing and executing a strategic plan to advance the company\u2019s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and meet growth and earnings objectives within the operation and maintenance business in the oil and gas sector<\/li>\n<li>Has responsibility for marketing, business development, proposal development, contract management and project management.<\/li>\n<li>Overseas operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Principle Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comprehend and assess the business unit financial position and update the current profit and loss statement.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare analytical tools to allow management to isolate costs that could contribute to decreasing profits.<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company through meetings with current and future clients, partners, vendors, participation in industry and channel leadership and events, written publications and other promotional activities that directly benefit the business unit.<\/li>\n<li>Build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with IOC\u2019s and Indigenous companies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversees the Operations and Maintenance contract started in April 2018 on which the GM O&amp;M is managing around 500 people.<\/li>\n<li>Implement the right organisation and KPI to meet the client requirement regarding level of production<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that the Company HSE policy is effectively implemented and that corrective measures are taken in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise all the Production Operations.<\/li>\n<li>Developing new strategies to increase production with safe and cost-efficient methods.
