As a leading professional services firm, we have much to contribute to public policy, business and society throughout the world.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Front Desk\/Admin Assistant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Imo<\/p>\n<p>Job Purpose Statement<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company\u2019s general logistics activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintaining confidentiality with regards to client information.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with clients, vendors and visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Answer telephones calls and transferring calls to the appropriate department or staff member.<\/li>\n<li>Sign for and deliver packages from courier.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for coordinating the storage, transportation and delivery of goods.<\/li>\n<li>Develop reports on material and personnel movements and various operational logistics problems.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
