It was established in September 1999 with commencement of full academic activities, with the objective of building on the solid foundation given to our stars at the primary level and impacting on every student so as to influence their generation positively.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Government\/Civic Education Teacher<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing and teaching of lessons as set out in the curriculum, setting the assessment tasks and marking students\u2019 work<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, student academic progress, and personal management skills<\/li>\n<li>Developing units of work for the subjects taught, according to the agreed curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Writing students\u2019 reports<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with parents\/guardians, particularly through official Parent\/Teacher meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Fulfilling the requirements of the particular faculty in areas such as: promotion of the faculty, availability for co-curricular activities in the faculty, development of evaluation and assessment policies and procedures, and attendance at meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Investigating and applying developments in subject content and education initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with colleagues in their subject area\/s, when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining contact with subject networks, as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Assisting the Head of Department in curriculum organisation.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the Homeroom Teacher regarding issues of pastoral care.<\/li>\n<li>Completing other duties as required by the Principal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Christ Religious Studies Teacher<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparing and teaching of lessons as set out in the curriculum, setting the assessment tasks and marking students\u2019 work<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, student academic progress and personal management skills<\/li>\n<li>Developing units of work for the subjects taught, according to the agreed curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Writing students\u2019 reports<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with parents\/guardians, particularly through official Parent\/Teacher meetings<\/li>\n<li>Fulfilling the requirements of the particular faculty in areas such as: promotion of the faculty, availability for co-curricular activities in the faculty, development of evaluation and assessment policies and procedures, and attendance at meetings<\/li>\n<li>Investigating and applying developments in subject content and education initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with colleagues in their subject area\/s, when appropriate.
