This starts out as a contract position and could possibly go full-time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Be Doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals<\/li>\n<li>Audit of the website for error and Measure and report performance of all digital marketing and leads generation campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing team to execute content marketing strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Work with multiple owners of particular content to revise, measure and ensure consistent, accurate content.<\/li>\n<li>Research, write and edit original SEO ready content for company websites, blogs, online communication, and content assets including case studies, emails, newsletters, technical documentation, social and more.<\/li>\n<li>Repurpose and optimize existing content for digital channels<\/li>\n<li>Oversee social media accounts\u2019 design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)<\/li>\n<li>Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions<\/li>\n<li>Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)<\/li>\n<li>Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Marketing or a related field<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND\/OND\/ or Professional<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)<\/li>\n<li>Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook, LinkedIn and Google Adwords campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of HTML, CSS<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking<\/li>\n<li>Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of years experience in similar position with solid track record<\/li>\n<li>Existing network of and access to decision makers in public and private sector<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of public sector procurement processes for educational and training services<\/li>\n<li>Key behavioral attributes \u2013 Drive, passion, outgoing, friendly, dependable, result oriented<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Personal mobility<\/li>\n<li>You should have knowledge of the traditional media (offline) and how it can be integrated into digital media<\/li>\n<li>Proven working experience in digital marketing and leads generation<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and\/or display advertising campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate<\/li>\n<li>Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels<\/li>\n<li>Experience with A\/B and multivariate experiments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Application and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:digital@resourcesfarm.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>digital@resourcesfarm.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>31st October, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Resources farm is an international trade consulting company focused on developing new markets for supplier clients and sourcing, facilitating between buyer and seller.
