Our Company is dedicated to providing comprehensive Services to all sectors of the Oil and Gas industry.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Director<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for an experienced Director of Finance (Finance Director) to oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company\u2019s financial strategy and planning<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments.<\/li>\n<li>The goal is to guide our company towards profitability and long-term success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis<\/li>\n<li>Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks<\/li>\n<li>Retain constant awareness of the company\u2019s financial position and act to prevent problems<\/li>\n<li>Set up and oversee the company\u2019s finance IT system<\/li>\n<li>Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all audit and internal control operations<\/li>\n<li>Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/B.A in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc\/MA is a plus<\/li>\n<li>CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Director of Finance or similar role<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)<\/li>\n<li>An analytical mind with a strategic ability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:admin@zenithengineering.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>admin@zenithengineering.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>29th October, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Zenith Engineering Nigeria Limited is the leading Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) service provider in the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.
