{"id":64235,"date":"2018-09-20T16:10:12","date_gmt":"2018-09-20T15:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=64235"},"modified":"2018-09-20T15:01:15","modified_gmt":"2018-09-20T14:01:15","slug":"invent-alliance-limited-new-job-opening-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/invent-alliance-limited-new-job-opening-2.html","title":{"rendered":"Invent Alliance Limited New Job Opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Invent Alliance Limited is a company specialized in creation of multi-sector and multi-discipline business platforms with specialist partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to\u00a0fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Officer (FMCG)<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Marketing Officer will be primarily responsible for driving the company\u2019s FMCG<\/li>\n<li>segment marketing campaigns both internally and externally and play a key part in communicating the organisation\u2019s marketing message, actively sourcing for new customers; establishing direct interaction with wholesale and retail customers, receiving personnel and other associates, developing strong relationships with them and proactively resolving problems and increasing sales.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press or other channels.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement strategies for increasing market share.<\/li>\n<li>Solicit new businesses within route territory and beyond.<\/li>\n<li>Promoting new products and any special deals.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities.<\/li>\n<li>Recording orders and sending details to the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>Giving feedback on sales trends.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update customer databases.<\/li>\n<li>Other tasks as assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Create awareness of and develop the company\u2019s FMCG brand.<\/li>\n<li>Research and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, demographics, and other information that affects marketing strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Use research findings and analysis to provide direction to marketing managers regarding upcoming marketing projects, new products or services, and overall strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Identify areas for improvement in product offerings, sales tactics, marketing strategy, and promotional activities.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education and Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of HND\/B.Sc in any discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years\u2019 marketing experience in the FMCG sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good business acumen.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent relationship building and people management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:admin@inventallianceco.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>admin@inventallianceco.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>30th September, 2018 .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Invent Alliance Limited is a company specialized in creation of multi-sector and multi-discipline business platforms with specialist partnerships.
