This means, we customise our existing ERP systems to meet the requirements of a wide range of businesses in Nigeria.\u00a0<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0IT Sales and Marketing Representative<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are seeking highly skilled, adaptable, and reliable sales and marketing representatives that will help take the company to the next level.<\/li>\n<li>In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who will plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities.<\/li>\n<li>You should be familiar with analysis and market research, product (software) and service promotion, and anticipation of customer behaviour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyses the competition to create a plan for engagement<\/li>\n<li>Makes product appeal to the target market<\/li>\n<li>Trains other sales people in the art of selling<\/li>\n<li>Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Grows and develops customer base by utilizing a systematic process to identify new prospects and to routinely contact and follow up with customers<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management<\/li>\n<li>Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary<\/li>\n<li>Conducts repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate customers on the need to use the company\u2019s products<\/li>\n<li>Digital marketing campaign setups and promotions via various channels<\/li>\n<li>Answers questions from clients<\/li>\n<li>Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources<\/li>\n<li>Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market<\/li>\n<li>Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees<\/li>\n<li>Analyses and creates a plan for engaging the target market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Results Expected:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Established sales goals are met or exceeded.<\/li>\n<li>Customer base is diverse and new customers are routinely added.<\/li>\n<li>Both internal and external communications are timely and effective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree in Marketing or any other relevant field preferably<\/li>\n<li>Have a valid driver\u2019s licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sales and Marketing Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain professional appearance and communications skills\/relations with clients.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing or Sales experience recommended<\/li>\n<li>Digital marketing skills \u2013 email, search engine, and social media marketing<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude, willingness to learn and adapt.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive<\/li>\n<li>Computer Skills:<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Graphics Design<\/li>\n<li>Web Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Google AdWords<\/li>\n<li>Web Research<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).<\/li>\n<li>Creative and innovative skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to respond to common inquiries or concerns swiftly and professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with a high degree of independence.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to present to individuals and small groups.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@uptitek.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@uptitek.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>8th October, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Uptitek owns and vends ERP systems.
