We offer best-of-breed pharmaceutical sourcing services to a growing number of hospitals, health care providers, long-term care providers, clinics, as well as other health care service providers on a national level.We have a well-established network of vendors and suppliers and consistently maintain inventory of the most in-demand items for immediate delivery.<\/p>\n<p>LifePlus Pharmaceutical seeks qualified candidates to fill these roles:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Field Operations Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve branch objectives for sales and profit performance<\/li>\n<li>Handles customer issues and gives refunds<\/li>\n<li>Sets priorities of store specialists and staffing<\/li>\n<li>Manage and assigned set of branch offices for business growth.<\/li>\n<li>Develop best practices and standard tools to improve operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor key metrics and develop operational strategies for profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest skill development programs for Branch Operations Managers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and support to field office staffs.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and schedule appropriate training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee HR related procedures such as recruitment, salary negotiation, promotions, transfers, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure in compliance with the local labor laws.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with finance team to determine salary hike, allowances, payments, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Streamline all field office operational, functional and administrative systems based on local laws and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Address all issues and concerns relating to the field office operations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop operational policies and procedures for maximizing sales and profitability.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and manage filed office expenses within assigned budget.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial reports.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve all purchase orders related to office equipment and supplies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing Strategy, Client Relationships, Creativity, Research and Public Speaking skills<\/li>\n<li>2years plus experience in Marketing and Promotion<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work unpredictable hours, including some evenings and weekends<\/li>\n<li>Will be required to travel often both locally and internationally to promote business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Accountant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides financial information to the management by researching and analyzing the accounting data as well as preparing reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.<\/li>\n<li>Documents financial transaction of the company by entering account information.<\/li>\n<li>Recommends financial actions to the company by analyzing accounting options.<\/li>\n<li>Summarizes current financial status by collecting information;
