Retail Management Services, we are recruiting suitable and qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Fleet Supervisor<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The fleet supervisor is responsible for maintaining bikes \/vehicles in order to keep deliveries and distributions on schedule and within the company\u2019s established budget.<\/li>\n<li>He will work closely with our Retail Team and coordinate dispatch riders \/ drivers to make deliveries and ensure the highest possible level of service to our customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Looks for patterns to see areas where he can cut expenses and reduce administrative costs<\/li>\n<li>Maintains electronic databases of registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge and utilize all fleet information and user surveys to forecast new requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and ensure fleet operation in compliance with local and state rules and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Streamline and monitor fuel purchase system for all bikes \/ vehicles and drivers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement standard operational standards to maintain bikes \/ vehicles by advocating best practices in industry.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and establish repair cost or parts pricing with commercial vendors<\/li>\n<li>Prompt recovery of vehicles in the event of breakdown\/accident<\/li>\n<li>Manages day-to-day fleet operation activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensures fleet availability to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current user trends.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as relief officer for any fleet operational staff in the case of unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n<li>Streamline routes with riders to keep costs down, but still deliver the level of service customers are expecting.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the Retail Team, dispatch men and drivers to plan out ways to meet or exceed corporate revenue goals.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate and implement corrective actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Sets up schedules to ensure each bike \/ vehicle is kept in top condition<\/li>\n<li>Oversee routine and ad hoc maintenance of bikes \/ vehicles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nEducation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum First degree.<\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years of operational experience in logistics, vehicle maintenance and management of dispatch riders<\/li>\n<li>Management or supervisory experience<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a valid rider\u2019s permit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong computer skills required<\/li>\n<li>Excellent people management and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Must have the ability to communicate with all levels of personnel<\/li>\n<li>Must have Confidence, Technical skills, Project management skills and Organisation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong understanding of safety culture and management.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to drive a bike<\/li>\n<li>Must also be able to handle responsibility and the pressure of meeting deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@atandagroup.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@atandagroup.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>2nd October, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AT&amp;A Group Limited offers Investment, Properties &amp;
