Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Close out or open call records.<\/li>\n<li>Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Read from scripts.<\/li>\n<li>Handle changes in policies or renewals.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.<\/li>\n<li>Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.<\/li>\n<li>Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.<\/li>\n<li>Cancel or upgrade accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.<\/li>\n<li>Advise on company information.<\/li>\n<li>Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.<\/li>\n<li>Place or cancel orders.<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.<\/li>\n<li>Act as the company gatekeeper.<\/li>\n<li>Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.<\/li>\n<li>Handle product recalls.<\/li>\n<li>Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.<\/li>\n<li>Inform customer of deals and promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Sell products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.<\/li>\n<li>Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Secondary Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding promptly to customer inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating with customers through various channels.<\/li>\n<li>Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.<\/li>\n<li>Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.<\/li>\n<li>Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma, general education Degree or equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable using computers.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with customer support.<\/li>\n<li>You will be working Mon \u2013 Sat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Basic Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nNGN 15, 000\/month<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:careers@clovo-works.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">careers@clovo-works.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>9th October, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Candidates must be living within Lagos Mainland axis.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Clovo-Works Incorporated is a Nigerian Based Information Computer Technology Company, Headquatered in Lagos, which render\u2019s ICT solutions and services to the General Public using Latest Technical Know How and Technologies&#8230;&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10164,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":true,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[19],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
