So far, our growing family consists of three international brands, Domino\u2019s Pizza, Cold Stone Creamery &amp; Pinkberry.<\/p>\n<p>Eat \u2018N\u2019 Go limited officially started operation in August 2012 with the premier store at 4, Saka Tinubu Victoria Island, Lagos. Today, Eat N\u2019 Go has about 50 stores (outlet) across Nigeria and still growing with presence in Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan, Abeokuta and Enugu.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Restaurant Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Victoria Island, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managers are trained and required to handle all aspects of managing the business; from the preparation of food to the delivery of the final product, hiring, firing and the profit and loss. Main responsibilities would be the management of product, service and image of the restaurant.<\/li>\n<li>In Domino\u2019s, the store manager has ultimate responsibility for the day-to-day operations and will always be working towards and exceeding performance targets.<\/li>\n<li>This role also represents a significant opportunity to entrepreneurial applicants, there is strong potential for career progression within the company and applicants will be required to show a desire to fulfill these ambitions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide a consistently high quality product and service to customers<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with other senior management regarding marketing and business development<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that health and safety and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times<\/li>\n<li>To meet and exceed performance targets<\/li>\n<li>To recruit, train and manage other branch staff<\/li>\n<li>Create a fun and professional working environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma\/Degree in Hospitality, Hotel and Catering, Food Sciences or any related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Three (3) years experience managing in a quick service restaurant is highly desirable<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset<\/li>\n<li>People skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer orientated<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/EatNGoLimited\/743999677243077-restaurant-manager\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only qualified candidates will be contacted.<\/li>\n<li>QSR managerial experience is key.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eat \u2018N\u2019 Go Limited is a restaurant group on a mission to become the premier food operator in Africa.
