{"id":64699,"date":"2018-09-30T10:30:51","date_gmt":"2018-09-30T09:30:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=64699"},"modified":"2018-09-28T14:27:20","modified_gmt":"2018-09-28T13:27:20","slug":"quantumx-energy-new-job-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/quantumx-energy-new-job-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"QuantumX Energy New Job Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>QuantumX is a solar energy solutions provider with a mission of offering quality installation of solar energy systems, excellent prices, professional design engineering and complete customer orientation.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance Officer Assistant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><br \/>\nWe are looking for a serving batch B Corp member to take responsibilities listed below:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Update financial records with recent transactions and changes.<\/li>\n<li>Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Review financial paperwork and procedures and make appropriate changes.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in budget preparation and management activities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop financial policies to ensure operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps or variances.<\/li>\n<li>Manage cash controls as well as maintain book keeping up-to-date.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers.<\/li>\n<li>Track investments and maintain relevant cash reserves.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all expenses are within assigned project budget.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, invoices, proposals, etc as required.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent analytical and numerical skills<\/li>\n<li>Sharp time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or relevant field is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under limited supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Presently serving Corp member.<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of SAP\/QuickBooks\/Xero Accounting Software,<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures<\/li>\n<li>Experience using financial software<\/li>\n<li>Advanced MS Excel skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of financial regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:bunmi@quantumx.energy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>bunmi@quantumx.energy<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the job title as subject of mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>1st October, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Applicant\u2019s proximity to Yaba would be highly considered.
