Share &#038; Apply"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>AGI Foundation, is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Finance and Administrative Assistant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Hours:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Term:<\/strong> Short Term Hire (3 months probation)<br \/>\n<strong>Reporting to:<\/strong> President<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Briefing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will work in close collaboration with the president to provide back end support of operations during this start-up period.<\/li>\n<li>You will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of finance, general administration, human resources, procurement, logistical and common services support to the Foundation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nAdministration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communicate with suppliers; ensure availability of day-to-day office items<\/li>\n<li>Make travel arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper documentation of program activities<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and overseeing activities of vendors<\/li>\n<li>Management of the organisations administrative operations and human resources<\/li>\n<li>Manage reception: act as first point of call for all external communications including general email, post and telephone enquires<\/li>\n<li>Support communications through social media and website updates<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Verify records, complete monthly bank reconciliations and annual accounts<\/li>\n<li>Procurement of goods and services<\/li>\n<li>Management and monitoring of organisations assets<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties, as required.<\/li>\n<li>Management of the organisations finance operations<\/li>\n<li>Manage day to day book keeping of financial transactions \u2013 input all income and expenditure;
