Our success is powered by our world-class team of highly engaged and committed staff.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Marketing Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Markets products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns; tracking sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and presentations; maintaining databases; preparing reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.<\/li>\n<li>Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity<\/li>\n<li>Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.<\/li>\n<li>Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with research and development unit and assisting with new product launches.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.<\/li>\n<li>Implements marketing and advertising campaigns by preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations<\/li>\n<li>Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data<\/li>\n<li>Supports office staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information<\/li>\n<li>Able to benchmark and understand market best practices<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the company\u2019s marketing budget.<\/li>\n<li>Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.<\/li>\n<li>Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong creative outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with strong leadership and team player skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable of retail service industry preferred<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on a team and lead projects<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization and management skills<\/li>\n<li>Required proficiency with desktop applications including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast pace environment with limited resources<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor degree in Marketing; 2.1 or better<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 experience in marketing with at least 3 years in FMCG<\/li>\n<li>Qualified chartered marketer; Chartered Institute of Marketing Management, or similar body<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and project management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Confident and dynamic personality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their updated Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@graceco.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@graceco.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>25th October, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Graceco Limited is a food processing and manufacturing company with specialty in consumer goods and the production of input for bakers and the confectionery industries.
