The company also manages the award-winning guest loyalty program, Marriott Rewards\u00ae and The Ritz-Carlton Rewards\u00ae program, which together surpass 49M members.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Clerk \u2013 Reservations<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Number:<\/strong> 18002IC0<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja (Sheraton Abuja Hotel)<br \/>\n<strong>Job Category:<\/strong> Reservations<br \/>\n<strong>Schedule:<\/strong> Part-time<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Input and access data in reservation system.<\/li>\n<li>Indicate special room reservation types (e.g., complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale reservations) by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system.<\/li>\n<li>Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.<\/li>\n<li>Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
