This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Code:<\/strong> HRE-001<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Ogun<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\nRecruitment\/Selection:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain and update database of candidates from time to time<\/li>\n<li>Conduct background verification of selected candidates<\/li>\n<li>Documentation for newly engaged staff- personal data form, guarantors form, credentials, passports etc<\/li>\n<li>Record of staff turnover<\/li>\n<li>Understand manpower requisition from concerned departments and get necessary approval from HRM.<\/li>\n<li>Posting of vacant positions online.<\/li>\n<li>Shortlist applicants as described by requisition form<\/li>\n<li>Screen applicants by conducting telephone interview and invite for oral interview where applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate employment status to candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Induction and On-Boarding:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Properly filling relevant documents for new staff<\/li>\n<li>Introducing new staff t team members<\/li>\n<li>Opening of email address and providing all necessary work tools.<\/li>\n<li>Explaining mode of communication to new staff<\/li>\n<li>Issuance of letter of appointment<\/li>\n<li>Briefing on company policies, procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Attendance and Leave Records:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeping track of employees attendance, absenteeism, lateness etc<\/li>\n<li>Filing leave forms appropriately and keeping track of leaves taken<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Factory Assistants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise HR Assistant in all factory related issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Payroll Administration:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entering of daily payment of factory assistants in the payroll sheet<\/li>\n<li>Filling of daily operations report<\/li>\n<li>Constant follow up on Stanbic Bank for Account opening for FA\/ New Staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Welfare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow up on feedback from monthly meeting with workers<\/li>\n<li>Communicate criteria for operations employee of the month weekly to staff<\/li>\n<li>Liase with HRM to plan quarterly teambonding games activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Training\/Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow up on weekly\/monthly planned trainings for staff<\/li>\n<li>Document training attendance and report in staff training file<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on training impact<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on book reading review exercise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Employee Engagement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keeping track on employee turnover and exit rate<\/li>\n<li>Taking iniciatives to engage staff to their work<\/li>\n<li>Planning events that will encourage employee engagement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Skilled in the art of multitasking<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Honesty and dependable<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of conflict resolution<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in ILR, IRPM, Sociology, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in Human Resources.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants MUST be resident in Agbara, Lusada, Ijuri or environs<\/li>\n<li>Possession of people management skills<\/li>\n<li>Time Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment@fastizers.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitment@fastizers.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the code HRE-001 as subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>12th October, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Only qualified applicants will be shortlisted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies 5 years ago, desiring to cater to its immediate community.
