Ecosystem\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0International Business Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop individual business plans for each country.<\/li>\n<li>Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in identifying opportunities and developing strategic plans to enhance same.<\/li>\n<li>Design plans to achieve all objectives and develop plans for new business.<\/li>\n<li>Train and provide guidance to staff members and business development issues.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with management team and maintain budgets.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze business and review future prospective for same.<\/li>\n<li>Manage all customer communication and maintain effective relationship with all.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement various capture methods for business development.<\/li>\n<li>Review competitor plans and effect of products and services in management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all communication with the Group Director.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st degree in Internal Relations, Business Management or a related field<\/li>\n<li>An advanced degree\/ MSC is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years\u2019 relevant experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic thinking and problem solving<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and mentor team members effectively<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and IT fluency<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events<\/li>\n<li>The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Skill in prioritizing attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management and organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Branding and Communication Executive<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for designing a consistent image across multiple channels that clients will become familiar with, from a unique logo to signage and how that translates across elements such as business cards, stationary, packaging, point of sale, media advertising and many other forms of marketing collateral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Role and Task Complexities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.<\/li>\n<li>Conceive and implement visual design of concepts, guidelines and strategies on all projects.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize a high level of skill across multiple design software packages (such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) to execute creative the brief required and within a time frame.<\/li>\n<li>Lead brainstorming\/creative sessions to generate ideas.<\/li>\n<li>Design unique and well-crafted concept that meet brands specification.<\/li>\n<li>Design and Revise content and presentations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop concepts for adverts.<\/li>\n<li>Lead multiple projects design from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all designs and visuals are consistent with the overall Product Brand.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out required research, collating information and imagery to help strengthen a creative asset and product design.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out tasks as assigned by the supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First degree in Arts or Social Science<\/li>\n<li>2-4 years relevant work experience<\/li>\n<li>The person must also be able to present portfolio of works when called for the interview stage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge and Competences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conceptualization and Designed Thinking<\/li>\n<li>Excellent planning and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Technical Skills Requirement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>InDesign<\/li>\n<li>Photoshop<\/li>\n<li>Illustrator<\/li>\n<li>Web design knowledge is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br
