We remain committed to provide sustaining solutions to global needs.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Head of Nursery School\/Early Years Coordinator<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To promote the social, academic, moral, physical and emotional development of each child in the safe, caring and stimulating environment of the school.<\/li>\n<li>To support the Headteacher on all occasions.<\/li>\n<li>Keep the Headteacher up to date with ongoing developments in person and \/or in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate, manage, monitor and evaluate change within the Nursery, Pre Reception and Reception in order to improve practice.<\/li>\n<li>To oversee all of the foundation stage and to ensure continuity and progression between Foundation Stage and Basic Schools.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate equality of provision (resources and teaching) across the whole Early Years team.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the organisation maintenance and provision of materials, resources, equipment and furnishings within the team, being responsible for ordering within the allocated budget<\/li>\n<li>To act as a full member of the Senior Management Team (SMT)representing the interests of the Nursery, Pre Reception and Reception children, staff and parents<\/li>\n<li>To implement the Framework for the Early Years and Foundation Stage.<\/li>\n<li>To lead and support staff in delivering the Early Years curriculum through Development Matters<\/li>\n<li>To ensure staff attend relevant training and keep them up to date with best practice and current government policies.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure that adequate resources are made available to the Nursery\/ Foundation Stage.<\/li>\n<li>To oversee the pupil Progress Check at age two years.<\/li>\n<li>To observe, performance manage and support the Early Years Team.<\/li>\n<li>To develop a close partnership with parents and to keep them informed of the work of the setting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Early Childhood Education<\/li>\n<li>At least three years of experience in a preschool classroom<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of child development, parenting practices, and community resources<\/li>\n<li>Experience in recruitment and retention strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Working Knowledge of 21st Century Early Learning and Assessment Frameworks<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to train teachers in integrated unit planning and experimental learning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>6th October, 2018.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Yoruba Teacher<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and deliver lessons to students in Yoruba Language<\/li>\n<li>Prepare course materials such as syllabi, lesson notes, and other textbook needed.<\/li>\n<li>Plan, evaluate, and revise curricula, course content, and course materials and methods of instruction.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she would make sure the student is able to write and speak Yoruba Language.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in African Linguistics (Yoruba Language)<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must be proficient in the use of the computer and internet.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Must possess teaching skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be Presentable<\/li>\n<li>Must be very fluent in Yoruba Language (Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>7th October, 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:employ@klinsettee.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>employ@klinsettee.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with their names and position as subject title<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Klinsettee Nigeria is focused on social innovation and enterprise through the discovery, nurture and transformation of open or veiled opportunities into tangible, massive successes.
