We focus on the proper implementation of technology to improve Client\u2019s business process and operations by automating repeatable functions and activities.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a business Development Manager, your responsibility is to oversee, manage and lead the business development unit which includes the following roles; client and partner sales, marketing and client support.<\/li>\n<li>This leadership should ultimately lead to a boost in sales and maintenance of long-term business relationships by growth of revenue and profit with old and new clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and direct sales and partner relations staff on client and partner acquisition and support.<\/li>\n<li>Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support<\/li>\n<li>Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers as well as partners<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that sales teams targets are set and met<\/li>\n<li>Work with Accounts department to keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sales strategies and plans focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research, product and market analysis to identify new markets and customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Build and oversee implementation of strategy for marketing and managing company\u2019s brand<\/li>\n<li>Oversee and direct marketing team on campaigns to promote awareness of products and services<\/li>\n<li>Arrange and attend sales meetings with clients and partners<\/li>\n<li>Prepare sales presentations and proposals for clients and partners<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate and negotiate relationships with clients and partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience working towards exceeding targets.<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc\/BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven Business Development Manager track record (sales executive or relevant role)<\/li>\n<li>Experienced with design and implementation of Business development and marketing strategies, focusing on customer growth, service provision and satisfaction of services rendered while encouraging referrals.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly analyze business products and create value proposition<\/li>\n<li>Organized in administration with Time management and planning skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Applications and CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr@coure-tech.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>hr@coure-tech.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>1st November, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COURE Software and Systems Limited also known as COURE Technologies inc. is a business process automation firm.
