Our wide range of innovative products and services are tailored to meet your unique transactional needs.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> <strong>Field Support Officer\/Business Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Victoria Island, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Front end support of POS Terminals at merchant location to drive service success that improves merchant satisfaction, customer retention as well as profit maximization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nFSOs:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure POS are in good working condition<\/li>\n<li>Terminal collection<\/li>\n<li>Attend to SOS calls when the need arises.<\/li>\n<li>Build positive relationships with customers<\/li>\n<li>Provide on onsite support to merchants<\/li>\n<li>Ensure visitation to merchant locations based on agreed visitation frequency.<\/li>\n<li>POS support and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Send daily report of activities to assigned supervisor from merchant location<\/li>\n<li>Advise merchants regarding the best implementation practices and also address specific merchant\u2019s issues as regards POS<\/li>\n<li>Provide training to merchants regarding hardware and troubleshooting techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Prompt escalation of issues encountered on the field to supervisors.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure there are enough consumables like receipt role at merchant location.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Business Officer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Successfully opening of new accounts<\/li>\n<li>Analyze current customer base, including portfolios and rolodexes, to identify potential sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Develop and test unique business strategies and concepts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience working as a POS support and maintenance officer is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Team work and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be willing and ready to move about between merchant locations.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum educational qualification: OND<\/li>\n<li>Must be male<\/li>\n<li>Full training will be given<\/li>\n<li>Being able to ride a bike is an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to: <a href=\"mailto:itexhr@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>itexhr@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a> with the position applied for as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline <\/strong>21st October, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ITEX Integrated Services Limited welcomes you to a world of secure and convenient Online and Mobile payment solutions.
