Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>The delivery of brand strategy development for the entire KHC portfolio in Nigeria will be your primary responsibility.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re constantly looking for improvement activities within Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>We have an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Marketing Manager to make a difference at Kraft Heinz.<\/li>\n<li>The Brand Manager \u2013 Nigeria lies within the European Middle East and Africa Zone.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nIn brief, you will be responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing annual, mid and long terms marketing plans for your portfolio to achieve aggressive growth targets<\/li>\n<li>Identifying and prioritizing market &amp; consumer insights and developing consumer communications (digital and off-line) across the region<\/li>\n<li>Developing in-store marketing initiatives and recommendation of Trade Promotions<\/li>\n<li>Financial and Budget Management. Managing Brand P&amp;L across the region<\/li>\n<li>Delivering quantitative analysis in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nHard Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s of Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or relevant field<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years Marketing in fast moving consumer goods<\/li>\n<li>High degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel<\/li>\n<li>Strong command over oral and written Business English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional Attributes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication Skills:\n<ul>\n<li>At Kraft Heinz you\u2019ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
