overseeing Communications programs (internal &amp; external) that effectively describes and promotes the Truppr brand and its products.<\/li>\n<li>You will assist the Communications Manager in creating content that engages the Truppr Community and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the Communications &amp; Content Manager in developing an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR,marketing and online.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing creative &amp; visual messages to effectively communicate to employees &amp; stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing internal and external communications and also social media content (twitter, google, medium, facebook etc) that are aligned with Truppr priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in writing press releases.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with special events.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other duties as assigned by the Communications &amp; Content Manager\/ Senior Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent Communications &amp; Interpersonal Skills(both written &amp; verbal).<\/li>\n<li>Relevant education qualification in Communications\/social media engagement or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong MS Office Skills (Word, Powerpoint &amp; overseeing communications programs (internal &amp; external) that effectively describes and promotes the Truppr brand and its products.<\/li>\n<li>The Communications Lead will create content that engages the Truppr Community and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop an integrated communications strategy for the company incorporating PR, marketing and online.<\/li>\n<li>Implement communication plans to increase brand awareness and recognition for the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Create and develop content, print &amp; online advertising materials.<\/li>\n<li>Create &amp; send out press releases for existing &amp; new products, launches and promotions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor social media and website analytics on a weekly\/monthly basis, provide reports and make recommendations to increase engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Develop relationships with key media to secure &amp; grow media coverage both online &amp; offline.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the annual communications budget and ensure it is fully maximised.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out other duties as assigned by Senior Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relevant educational qualification and experience leading a company\u2019s public relations or communications, with experience in social media management.<\/li>\n<li>Social self-starter, able to work independently, and entrepreneurial, and enjoys creating and implementing new initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills around complex technical products and features.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated success crafting the narrative for a startup or fast-growing technology company.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in technology &amp; offline media.<\/li>\n<li>The Graphics Designer will be one who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts, and other designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design Visual brand assets for Truppr in the Truppr Portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Develop multimedia campaign assets (videos, gifs &amp; pictures).<\/li>\n<li>Develop concepts, graphics for product illustrations. logos &amp; websites.<\/li>\n<li>Determine size, font style &amp; arrangement of illustrative material based on agreed brief.<\/li>\n<li>Review final layouts &amp; suggest improvements if required.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare rough drafts of material based on agreed brief.<\/li>\n<li>Effectively communicate Truppr\u2019s events using pictures &amp; videos.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in photoshop, lightroom, illustrator, premier pro &amp;\u00a0 after effects.<\/li>\n<li>A Bachelor\u2019s Degree from an accredited university<\/li>\n<li>Professional approach to time &amp;
