We also offer a host of other tangible and intangible benefits that will transform you into world class techy professional.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> <strong>Client Support Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Testing and evaluating new applications and technologies for proper support and maintenance;<\/li>\n<li>Develops relationships with end users and clients to provide timely identification and understanding of user requirements and enhance systems issues and respond to them promptly<\/li>\n<li>Implements the relevant parts of the organization\u2019s Security Policy, and ensures that all systems and application security procedures are followed at all times, to maintain confidentiality and the requirements of the Data Protection Act.<\/li>\n<li>Makes sure all procedures for maintenance\/change control of systems have been documented.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and develops relationships with external service providers and third party organization to ensure the continued support of the organization\u2019s systems.<\/li>\n<li>Develop sound working relationships with other teams within the department, sharing knowledge and experiences, providing presentations and assisting with all aspects of Customer Support and training.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver practical training to users and colleagues in area of own expertise e.g. sharing knowledge on new computer systems.<\/li>\n<li>Promote quality, integrity and security throughout the organization and present a positive image of the IT Department. Provide full support for the organization\u2019s IT Strategy and associated policies.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate and encourage a strong Customer Focus to provide users with an understanding and helpful service.<\/li>\n<li>The ability to communicate effectively with users, convey and influence new ideas and articulate user requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Supports the day-to-day running of the first line support of products and services<\/li>\n<li>Talking staff\/clients through series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues<\/li>\n<li>Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports<\/li>\n<li>Supporting roll-out of new applications;<\/li>\n<li>Setting up new users\u2019 accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;<\/li>\n<li>Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;<\/li>\n<li>Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate);<\/li>\n<li>Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;<\/li>\n<li>Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First Degree in Computer Science or any related course (B.Sc\/OND\/HND)<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in hausa is compulsory<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and take initiative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to: <a href=\"mailto:careers@accessng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@accessng.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline <\/strong>12th October, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Access Solutions we believe in offering much more than just a job; we strive to give you a full-fledged career.
