Our core product is the production and sales of bespoke engagement and wedding rings.<\/p>\n<p>We have 2 Available slots for Sales associate and one opening for a Business development officer\/Hr in Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> <strong>Sales Associate<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Ikeja, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><b>Function of the Role:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The sales associates are the first line of contact for walk-in customers to the brand. They are to make customers feel welcome and assist them to find the products that most satisfy their needs. S\/he must be knowledgeable about the products and able to adequately guide the customer at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet all walk-in customers as they come in the store and ask them how they would like to be assisted.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>Work in line with company policy to achieve set sales targets and outcomes within schedule<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Arrange window displays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all pieces of jewelry are locked up in assigned storage palaces at the end of the day<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily sales reports as well as weekly and monthly report of sales efforts in marked sales territory<\/li>\n<li>Process all cash and card payments.<\/li>\n<li>Answer first line queries and complaints from customers.<\/li>\n<li>Report discrepancies and problems to the shop manager.<\/li>\n<li>Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Balance cash registers with receipts.<\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management<\/li>\n<li>Keep store tidy and clean and ensure office assistants clean constantly.<\/li>\n<li>Working within established guidelines, particularly with product lines.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for security within the store as well as looking out for fraudsters\u2019 shoplifters and fraudulent credit cards etc.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate all issues with key clients between sales, fulfillment and customer support<\/li>\n<li>Receiving and storing inventory.<\/li>\n<li>Keep a schedule of events \/ special promotions<\/li>\n<li>Work with management to organize and execute sales campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Perform all other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Living in Ikeja and environs (must)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>\u00a0Educational Qualification<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND or BSC in any related discipline preferably marketing, business and finance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-3 years experience in direct sales,<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the fashion industry a plus<\/li>\n<li>Record of substantial achievement of territory quotas with knowledge of a CRM tool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills and Abilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly analytical with a drive for numbers<\/li>\n<li>Good networking, prospecting and closing skills<\/li>\n<li>High level of professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills and openness to feedback<\/li>\n<li>Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Able to work in a fast pace environment<\/li>\n<li>High proficiency in MS Office Suite<b><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Personal Attributes:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keen eye for detail<\/li>\n<li>Have a deep desire to work in the luxury retail industry<\/li>\n<li>Sociable and friendly<\/li>\n<li>Confident and pleasant<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable of current trends<\/li>\n<li>Loves a challenge<\/li>\n<li>Assertive and creative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work Environment:<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work in the office<\/li>\n<li>Will be required to write reports<\/li>\n<li>Might be required to work overtime, on weekends and travel if necessary<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>very competitive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> <strong>Business development \/Hr officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong> Ikeja, Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidate should possess relevant qualification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their resume and a cover letter to:<strong> <a href=\"mailto:info@sainttracy.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">info@sainttracy.com\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>make subject of email role applied for e.g Sales Associate<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong> 14th October, 2018<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Saint Tracy is a jewellery store which has been in existence since 2014.
