More than 80% of Pork consumed in this part of the world is imported, that is monies that when localized would create many financial opportunities for farmers, wholesalers, retailers and the population at large.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our team as:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Back-End Web Developer\/Programmer<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer\/Programmer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users.<\/li>\n<li>Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.<\/li>\n<li>You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS<\/li>\n<li>Understanding accessibility and security compliance {{Depending on a specific project}}<\/li>\n<li>User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments<\/li>\n<li>Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system<\/li>\n<li>Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes<\/li>\n<li>Data migration, transformation, and scripting<\/li>\n<li>Setup and administration of backups<\/li>\n<li>Outputting data in different formats<\/li>\n<li>Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform<\/li>\n<li>Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes<\/li>\n<li>Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests<\/li>\n<li>Proficient knowledge of a back-end programming language {{Depending on the specific case, a developer should have the knowledge of one or more of PHP, through all phases of architecture.<\/li>\n<li>This role includes coordinating with the project team, clients, and regulatory agencies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Architect Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Architects create designs for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments.<\/li>\n<li>They use their specialist construction knowledge and high-level drawing skills to design buildings that are functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Duties<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments<\/li>\n<li>Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts<\/li>\n<li>Specifying the requirements for the project<\/li>\n<li>Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction<\/li>\n<li>Playing a part in project and team management<\/li>\n<li>Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects<\/li>\n<li>Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Sketch Up graphic software preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of architectural building systems.<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/Master\u2019s degree in Architecture. 3 to 5 years\u2019 experience.<\/li>\n<li>Basic hand drawing and physical model building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in
