We are an operating subsidiary of the Concept Group Nigeria and have been in business for over 29 years.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Relationship Manager<br \/>\nLocation: <\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To introduce company products and services to potential clients and partners in the corporate space, with the sole aim of improving sales and increasing market share as well as revenue.<\/li>\n<li>To ensure customer satisfaction through best accounts management practices and coordinating internal processes.<\/li>\n<li>Continuous engagement of existing clients to improve sales (cross-selling and upselling.<\/li>\n<li>To open up channels for sales of company products and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A passion for Sales<\/li>\n<li>Interest in the IT space; Tech Savvy<\/li>\n<li>A relevant First degree<\/li>\n<li>Extroversion<\/li>\n<li>Great communicator &amp; negotiator<\/li>\n<li>Presentable with good sense of self.<\/li>\n<li>Reflective.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title: IT Business Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The job holder is responsible for improving the market position of the company &amp; driving revenue generation in the B2B, B2C and B2B2C market space.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she will define long term strategic sales goals, build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiate &amp; close business deals while maintaining knowledge on market trends in the IT sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nNew Business Development:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.<\/li>\n<li>Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.<\/li>\n<li>Research and build relationships with new clients.<\/li>\n<li>Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client\u2019 needs, concerns &amp; objectives<\/li>\n<li>Participate in pricing of solution\/service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Client Retention:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Present new products &amp; services and enhance existing relationships<\/li>\n<li>Work with technical staff &amp; other internal colleagues to meet customer needs<\/li>\n<li>Arrange &amp; participate in internal and external debriefs<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high customer service satisfaction levels to enhance customer loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Ensure high level of repeated businesses from existing customer base<\/li>\n<li>Increase market share of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Team Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee &amp; coordinate activities of the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Set sales target for team members and monitor performance<\/li>\n<li>Performs monthly performance appraisals for team members<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic trainings to improve team members\u2019 capabilities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure manpower requirement for the sales team is met.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; follow-up the status of<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years progressive work experience in Business to-Business &amp; Business-to-Consumer Sales environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the IT industry, especially in the delivery of IT solutions.<\/li>\n<li>First Degree in any discipline.<\/li>\n<li>Additional qualification such as a Master\u2019s degree is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>IT proficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Data management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Behavioural Competencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships.<\/li>\n<li>Strong personal network within the industry.<\/li>\n<li>Highly driven and passionate about sales.<\/li>\n<li>Professional sales training would be an advantage but not essential.<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership &amp; team building skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s urgently to: <a href=\"mailto:careers@conceptgroup-ng.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>careers@conceptgroup-ng.com<\/strong><\/a> with the Job Role as the email subject.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline <\/strong>26th October, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Concept Nova is one of Africa\u2019s foremost Information Technology and Software Development Company.
