Created by the merger of CSC and the Enterprise Services business of Hewlett Packard Enterprise, DXC Technology is a $25 billion company with a 60-year legacy of delivering results for thousands of clients in more than 70 countries.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Business Analyst \u2013 Public Financial Management (PFM)<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all reports, documentation and other outputs prepared by service providers are of high quality, resonate with key messages, and are targeted towards achieving project objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Provide technical assistance to the team across a broad set of PFM issues.<\/li>\n<li>Provide Public Finance Management expertise and quality assurance over the work and products.<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance, and actively participate in relevant stakeholder consultation meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in the public sector: accounting systems; International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS); audit (internal and external);<\/li>\n<li>Experience with complex IT project management in the area of public finances and the coordination of information between governmental institutes would be an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English written and verbal communication is required<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand and operate in a complex organizational structure and operating environment.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solver and effective communicator.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to relocate to Abuja, Nigeria.<\/li>\n<li>+5 years of experience in proposed PFM specialty.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum a Master\u2019s degree in Public Finance, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Public Policy and Administration or equivalent In-depth knowledge of the PFM cycle<\/li>\n<li>+5 years\u2019 experience in public financial management related information systems design, establishment, operation or monitoring;<\/li>\n<li>At least 8 years of experience in PFM reform projects;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/919184851\/?eBP=NotAvailableFromVoyagerAPI&amp;refId=eaa38dc5-03a5-4676-81be-786a3854380e&amp;trk=d_flagship3_search_srp_jobs&amp;lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs%3B1vnjthbKQ1u5NoJE1h7%2FjQ%3D%3D&amp;licu=urn%3Ali%3Acontrol%3Ad_flagship3_search_srp_jobs-A_jobssearch_job_result_click&amp;lici=O5zNBGagSLuPHI1sVwkI1Q%3D%3D\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DXC is the world\u2019s leading independent, end-to-end IT services company, helping clients harness the power of innovation to thrive on change.
