Soon the relationship developed to a stage where it has established a deep relationship with the brokers\u2019 network in Nigeria, enjoying 80% of its current business from this source.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Insurance Advisor<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nationwide<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop positive working relationships with clients<\/li>\n<li>Approach clients via cold calling and direct mail to inquire about their insurance situations and future needs<\/li>\n<li>Deliver policy proceeds after a claim is filed and approved<\/li>\n<li>Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases<\/li>\n<li>Assist with obtaining underwriting approval<\/li>\n<li>Respond to clients\u2019 questions and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations<\/li>\n<li>Call potential clients to expand their customer base<\/li>\n<li>Interview prospective clients to get data about their financial resources and discuss existing coverage<\/li>\n<li>Explain the features of various policies<\/li>\n<li>Analyse clients\u2019 current insurance policies and suggest additions or changes<\/li>\n<li>Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients<\/li>\n<li>Handle policy renewals<\/li>\n<li>Maintain electronic and paper records<\/li>\n<li>Help policyholders settle claims<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV\u2019s to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:n-abiola@leadway.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>n-abiola@leadway.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>15th November, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Leadway Assurance Company Limited was founded in 1970.
