Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently recruiting for the role of Front desk &amp;Admin Officer who will be responsible for handling the front desk reception and administrative duties for the organisation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nAs the ideal candidate for the Front desk &amp;Admin Officer, you are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcoming business visitors and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing times<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining and issuing of CUG lines to new employees<\/li>\n<li>Managing the office telephone lines and handling enquiries from visitors<\/li>\n<li>Handling and distributing of incoming mails and dispatch<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the maintenance and cleanup of the facility<\/li>\n<li>Supervising the cleaner and the dispatch rider to ensure they perform as expected<\/li>\n<li>Managing the provision of office supplies and other administrative items<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating the payment of bills for the company<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with vendors and service providers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements, Education and\/or Work Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and MS Word<\/li>\n<li>Front desk management experience<\/li>\n<li>Customer service certifications or training<\/li>\n<li>1-3 years\u2019 experience in a similar position<\/li>\n<li>Minimum HND or B.Sc Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration or related courses.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Legal Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are currently recruiting for the role of Legal Officer who will be responsible for providing support in all aspects of the Legal Department such as Legal drafting, advocacy amongst others.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nAs the ideal candidate for the Legal Officer, you are responsible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide timely and comprehensive legal opinions on the implication of existing and proposed policies in areas including but not limited to employment, contracts, debt recovery, disputes resolution, leases, aviation laws &amp; regulations, marketing e.t.c.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a custodian of the incorporation documents and other relevant legal documents of Clients.<\/li>\n<li>Support the HOD in efforts geared towards setting the overall philosophy and strategy of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in creating and maintaining legal files, doing research and preparing the first draft of documents, contracts etc.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in maintaining a digital database of all pending actions or impending legal actions against or by Clients.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review and modify contractual documents to assist and support the business activities of the Clients.<\/li>\n<li>Assist generally to ensure that the Legal Department is able to deliver on its process seamlessly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements, Education and\/or Work Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>LLB and BL degrees<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-4 years\u2019 experience post call<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in Legal Research<\/li>\n<li>Advocacy and Negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to
