Job Title:\u00a0Audit Team Assistant \u2013 PAGL0<\/strong> The Complex<\/strong><\/p>\n The Hiring Department<\/strong><\/p>\n The Position<\/strong><\/p>\n Duties and responsibilities<\/strong> Workflow management:<\/p>\n Office Administration:<\/p>\n Selection Criteria<\/strong> <\/p>\n Job Title:\u00a0Division Manager, Microeconomic, Institutional and Development Impact \u2013 ECMR.2<\/strong> The Hiring Department\/Division<\/strong><\/p>\n The Position<\/strong> Duties and responsibilities<\/strong> Work program validation and execution, talent and budget management. This involves:<\/p>\n Management of the division\u2019s Additionality and Development Outcome Assessments (ADOA) workflow. ADOA is a decision making tool that performs ex-ante evaluation of the Bank\u2019s value added (i.e. additionality) and expected development outcomes of lending operations.\u00a0 This involves:<\/p>\n Plan, manage, organize and undertake activities relating to the conduct of policy relevant research on Microeconomics, Institutional and Development Impact in accordance with the Bank\u2019s High 5s. This involves:<\/p>\n Support senior management and other AfDB sector departments to deliver on the Bank\u2019s High 5 agenda:<\/p>\n Represents the Bank in international and regional conferences, seminars and workshops<\/p>\n Performs other tasks as requested by the Director and senior management<\/p>\n Selection Criteria<\/strong>
