\/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Requirements\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Draft routine memos, billing, or other reports<\/li>\n<li>Edit company correspondence and ensure document accuracy<\/li>\n<li>Maintain databases and filing systems, whether electronic or paper<\/li>\n<li>Perform basic bookkeeping<\/li>\n<li>File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.<\/li>\n<li>Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.<\/li>\n<li>Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls<\/li>\n<li>Schedule appointments and update event calendars<\/li>\n<li>Arrange staff meetings<\/li>\n<li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes<\/li>\n<li>Make travel arrangements for executives.<\/li>\n<li>Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings in order to record Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing with line managers HR planning strategies which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements;<\/li>\n<li>Preparing staff handbooks;<\/li>\n<li>Advising on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits;<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking regular salary reviews;<\/li>\n<li>Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;<\/li>\n<li>Interpreting and advising on employment law;<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance and health and safety;<\/li>\n<li>Developing and implementing policies on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;<\/li>\n<li>Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation;<\/li>\n<li>Negotiating with staff and their representatives (for example, trade union officials) on issues relating to pay and conditions;<\/li>\n<li>Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff;<\/li>\n<li>Analysing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting staff \u2013 this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates;<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Edu.Qualification:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Requirements\/Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases.<\/li>\n<li>Attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.<\/li>\n<li>Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation.<\/li>\n<li>Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.<\/li>\n<li>Recruiting, training and supervising junior staff and delegating work as required.<\/li>\n<li>Manipulating statistical data.<\/li>\n<li>Arranging both in-house and external events.<\/li>\n<li>Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing.<\/li>\n<li>Devising and maintaining office systems.<\/li>\n<li>Booking rooms and conference
