{"id":66147,"date":"2018-10-25T14:00:06","date_gmt":"2018-10-25T13:00:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=66147"},"modified":"2018-10-25T12:08:19","modified_gmt":"2018-10-25T11:08:19","slug":"emerald-business-support-services-job-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/emerald-business-support-services-job-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Emerald Business Support Services Job Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Emerald Business Support Services (EmeraldBSS) provides advisory solutions that are specific to each client\u2019s peculiar needs that will stand them out in the industry where they play.\u00a0 We focus on Organization, People, Process and Technology to advance our outputs.<\/p>\n<p>Working with each of our partners is an excitingly different experience and a journey that we cherish, stemming from the varied business challenges we have had to provide specific intervention and solutions.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Job owner will regularly interact with the BDM, Distribution and Operations Managers and other mid-to-senior level management to discuss and proactively develop and deploy processes to drive the business, whilst resolving operational issues and recommend business improvement practices.<\/li>\n<li>The role is responsible for crafting sales &amp; distribution plan.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will support the CEO with all aspects of Sales Performance Management and Measurement.<\/li>\n<li>Incumbent is responsible for planning and execution of Sales Budget and development of action plans to deliver the budget.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Among others, the role incumbent will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates the sales activity for internal market in order to achieve annual objectives (market share, volumes, price, credit limits, turnover, etc).<\/li>\n<li>Establish and drive an astute Customer Services Management system.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership to sales team in order to achieve the corporate and divisional objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Use the company\u2019s tools in order to maintain high moral standards and motivate the sales team.<\/li>\n<li>The role reports directly to the CEO and will be based in Lagos, but vast travel across entire business locations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree or Higher National Diploma. Higher qualifications will be considered.
