Our mission is to unleash the potential of our clients by offering them simple and easy to use financial services.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Social Performance Assistant<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Get familiar with internal and external standards for SPM:\n<ul>\n<li>The Universal Social Performance standards of the Social Performance Task force.<\/li>\n<li>The Client Protection Principles of the Smart Campaign.<\/li>\n<li>MicroCred\u2019s SPM Policy, Processes and related documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Develop\/update the SPM global strategy for MCN, in coordination with Holding level. The strategy should be aligned with SPM Policy<\/li>\n<li>Fill in the Smart Sheets (Action Plan) on a regular basis (at least monthly update).<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the content of Smart Sheets is aligned with actions being implemented or actually planned in the annual SPM Strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Present and validate the annual SPM Strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Plan to the Board of Directors and the Holding SPM Department on a yearly basis (in line with Group SPM Policy and international requirements).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification: Degree in Economics, Development Economics, Social Science or any relevant degree to SPM.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years in related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:fmaidugu@baobab.bz\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>fmaidugu@baobab.bz<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the Job Title as subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>15th November, 2018.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Baobab is a leading digital financial inclusion group focusing on serving individuals, micro and small businesses in Africa and China.
