With joining MainOne you\u2019ll be challenged, inspired and proud as you become a part of something big.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title<\/strong>:<strong> Sales Performance Officer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Saka Tinubu, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> Commercial<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Sales Performance Officer will be responsible for the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weekly tracking of payment status for all \u201cunbooked\u201d sales.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that customer products are created for all new services upon handover by the provisioning Team.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews and validates customer information to ensure integrity of data on Salesforce after customer product creation.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly Revenue report and share with Financial Planning, Credit Control, Operations Support and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Forecasts sales pipeline for the monthly Shareholders\u2019 report.<\/li>\n<li>Enforce adherence to all sales related processes from lead creation to service handover so as to maintain accurate customer database.<\/li>\n<li>Pre-qualification of closed sales to ensure that contract terms align with information on Salesforce.<\/li>\n<li>Quick resolution of daily simple salesforce issues<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with IT to assist salesforce users when there are IT related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures timely resolution of all sales support issues<\/li>\n<li>Tracking of changes to sales values after initial pricing approval.
