Time<br \/>\n<strong>Job Field:<\/strong> Sales\/Marketing\/Business Development<br \/>\n<strong>Supervision Received:\u00a0<\/strong> MD\/CEO<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nThis position exists to plan, develop, coordinate and implement strategies to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquire new clients,<\/li>\n<li>Grow the company\u2019s business with existing clients, and<\/li>\n<li>Identify viable new business opportunities and income streams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Task:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and regularly review sales and marketing plan and ensure implementation after approval by the MD\/CEO<\/li>\n<li>Carry out marketing campaigns and communicate new product developments to potential clients<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and make PowerPoint presentation of products\/services<\/li>\n<li>Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings<\/li>\n<li>Set SMART objectives for sales and marketing and work with other members of the team to ensure they are met<\/li>\n<li>Identify new sales leads and potential new markets through research and social media platforms to acquire new clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop bespoke business and marketing proposals for potential clients and follow up through visits and social media platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Context and Environment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Highly competitive property market that requires innovative ideas to make a difference.<\/li>\n<li>Economic challenges and difficulty in accessing credit from financial institutions<\/li>\n<li>Three markets: Sale, Rental and Development of Property<\/li>\n<li>Sale marketing difficulties because of culture of inheritance that discourages people from selling their property<\/li>\n<li>Challenges of authentic property ownership and regulatory requirements for transfer of legal title to property<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Accountabilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New clients in number and income<\/li>\n<li>Monthly performance reports compared with objectives<\/li>\n<li>Weekly trends report in the Nigerian property market showing what is new and topical<\/li>\n<li>Monthly business development and industry report<\/li>\n<li>Growth of existing clients in terms of income<\/li>\n<li>Smart objectives for sales and marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualification: Minimum of BA\/BSc\/HND<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 2 years\u2019 experience in a business development role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interpersonal relationship<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication<\/li>\n<li>Prioritization competency<\/li>\n<li>Strong sales and negotiation<\/li>\n<li>Attention to details<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving and creative<\/li>\n<li>Information technology including use of Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n<li>Use of Internet and social media<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and data interpretation capability<\/li>\n<li>Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Highly organized, able to work independently,<\/li>\n<li>Strong negotiating capability<\/li>\n<li>Ability to remain calm under pressure<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional Information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants Must Reside in or around Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lagos Island, Lekki, and Ajah<\/li>\n<li>This position is open only to Female
